PCI Developments is planning a six-storey, secured market rental building on the former site of a restaurant next to the Kootenay Loop on East Hastings.

The new building will contain 56 secured market rental units, including studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Thirty-six per cent will be family oriented, meaning two or three-bedroom.

The ground floor will include retail units and a restaurant.

There will be 49 underground parking stalls and 110 bicycle parking spaces. The architects are BHA Architecture.
