The Deloitte Summit office tower across from the Vancouver Public Library central branch is now topped out, and already an iconic structure.
The 24-storey tower at West Georgia and Homer is scheduled to complete later this year. The tower is made up of clusters of four-storey, steel-framed cubes arranged around a central concrete core.
Once complete, Deloitte will occupy 120,000 sq ft. of the 355,000 sq ft. building, designed by OSO and Merrick Architecture, and developed by Westbank Corp.
The unique tower will feature cantilevered office space with glass floors, and an extensive green wall on the tower façade.
